Chelsea Walsh

When your life falls apart, I help you find your footing and your next step. Coaching for professional women after divorce, betrayal, loss or burnout.

About

YOUR LIFE CHANGED OVERNIGHT. YOU'RE STILL EXPECTED TO FUNCTION. Maybe you found out about the affair. Maybe the divorce papers came, the diagnosis came, or your body finally said no after years of doing it all. You're still working, still parenting, still answering everyone's questions — while barely sleeping and not recognizing your own life. You don't need your whole future figured out. You need to steady yourself, sort what matters now from what can wait, and know your next step. I've been there. I've lived through infidelity, divorce, and the death of my husband to stage IV cancer. I'm also a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) with 20+ years helping people through grief, trauma and major life transitions. My coaching practice is non-clinical and forward-focused: we work on what happens next.

How we work: Stabilize → Sort → Step.
  • Stabilize: get your days functioning again.
  • Sort: separate the decisions you must make now from the ones that can wait.
  • Step: build a plan you trust yourself to follow.

Where to start:
  • Need help now and want to move fast? The Next Step Reset Intensive.
  • Want support for the whole rebuild? The Rebuild: 90-Day Private Coaching.
  • Not ready for coaching yet? Start with the $47 Next Step Reset or the free 10-Day Survival Mode Reset.

- Lisa

Chelsea has a very impactful way of getting me to think. To put pieces together that were disconnected, yet there all the time. She is so insightful and intuitive. This 6 week of coaching is exactly what I needed to process an alternative for my life that took the knots out of my stomach. That is priceless. It was work but didn’t feel like it. It’s fun to work with Chelsea even on very tough painful topics. I am breathing easier, clear minded, and have a good plan for staying out of rabbit holes. I cannot thank Chelsea enough for taking me as a client, as a high functioning woman who needed some tweaking 🥰

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
While I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, my coaching work is future-focused and transformation-based.
Coaching is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild identity through actionable insight and emotional support.
It is not clinical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with people who are ready to stop surviving and start living with intention.
Some are rebuilding after grief, divorce, betrayal, or a major life transition. Others are standing at a crossroads—questioning a relationship, navigating parenthood, pursuing a new career, preparing for retirement, or realizing they've outgrown the life they've been living.
I also work with parents who want to raise emotionally healthy children, athletes and high performers looking to strengthen their mindset, leaders navigating pressure and change, and individuals who simply know they're meant for more.
What they all have in common isn't their circumstance.
It's their desire to create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fully their own.
They aren't looking for someone to tell them what to do.
They're looking for someone who can help them reconnect with themselves, quiet the noise, trust their own wisdom, and move forward with confidence.
If you're willing to be curious, open, and intentional, we'll likely work well together.
What makes your coaching different?
I combine over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with lived experience and a personalized coaching approach. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, I help you understand what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with your own wisdom, and create a clear roadmap forward.
My coaching is body-first, relationship-centered, and action-oriented. You'll leave each session with practical next steps, greater clarity, and the confidence to intentionally create a life that feels authentic and fully your own.
Can I work with you if I’m already in therapy?
Yes.
Coaching can complement therapy by focusing on:
• Implementation
 • Boundaries
 • Behavioral change
 • Future planning
We simply stay within coaching scope.
What results can I expect?
Clients often report:
• Increased emotional regulation
 • Stronger boundaries
 • Reduced burnout
 • Greater self-trust
 • Clearer identity
Transformation happens through consistency, not one breakthrough.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you feel:
• Emotionally exhausted
 • Stuck in old patterns
 • Ready for change but unsure how
You’re ready.
You don’t need to be fully healed to begin — just willing.
What is your professional background?
Brief bio:
• LMFT
 • Certified Coach
 • 20+ years clinical experience
 • Expert Speaker + course creator
Do you offer digital programs?
Yes — I offer self-guided workbook programs for those who prefer independent growth or want support between sessions.
